How to Report New Issues
Follow this step-by-step guide to log bugs, request features, and collaborate to resolve issues within the Denvak platform.

Open the Form
Click on the + New Issue button located at the top-right corner of the Issues Dashboard.
- Accessible from the main list page
- Requires logged-in credentials

Fill in Details & Attach Files
Complete the fields on the editor page to categorize and explain the problem:
- Platform & Title: Select the target platform(s) (📱 App and/or 💻 Web) and enter a clear, descriptive title.
- Markdown Description: Describe the problem, steps to reproduce, or requested updates in detail.
- Images & Videos: Use the upload tool or drag files into the editor. Videos are fully supported for screen recordings!

Track Progress & Collaborate
After filing an issue, you and the development team can interact with it on its dedicated details page:
- Comments & Updates: Write comments to discuss bug fixes, ask clarifying questions, or attach additional files.
- Prioritization & Status: Devs can adjust status (Open, Closed) or assign priorities.
